I have entered another cool phase of pregnancy (lol, well I'm not sure how many "phases" are that cool but hey, this is). At night usually around 9:30 or 10:00 the baby starts kicking with massive force. It used to almost feel like a flutter and even then you had to press hard on my belly to be able to feel him. Now, he is a full blown soccer player, sometimes even hurting me. What's so amazing about these new kicks is that I can FEEL HIS BODY PARTS! How cool is that? I can usually guess whether it was his fist or his foot. Last night while we were watching TV I had my husband keep his hand on my belly and literally every 15 seconds the baby would kick with such force it would take my husband's breath away. We've never been able to feel him so distinctly outside my belly. In fact, sometimes, he does kicks and turns that cause my whole stomach to move in waves which is so surreal to me. Don't laugh, but my first thought is, "Wow, there's a real baby in there." Having this experience really makes me marvel at nature and how women produce babies.
